Kourtney Kardashian tells OK! about Her Post-Baby Weight Loss

Kourtney Kardashian in an interview with OK! Magazine tells how she dropped a massive 45lbs off her already-petite frame after giving birth to her son Mason.

She said:

“I love my new body. They say it takes a full year to really get your body back and I believe that.”

The American reality TV queen – who counts Khloe and Kim Kardashian amongst her celebrity siblings - has gone from 10st to 6st 11lbs since December 2009. But the gorgeous brunette says there was no pressure from her family or boyfriend Scott.

She continued: “He never pressured me. No one did, which made me comfortable doing it in my own time.”

And her advice for fans that want to look as good as her?

She added: “Little meals throughout the day are realistic for people to follow. Try to get little workouts in.”

Britney Spears Credit Sunfare Diet for Losing 20 Pounds in 4 Weeks

Back in 2009, OK! Magazine reported that Britney Spears lost 20 pounds in four weeks! How did she do it?

Britney Spears can credit her slamming new body in part to the Sunfare diet, a gourmet meal delivery company. Sunfare, which counts stars such as Eva Longoria Parker, Marcia Cross and Khloe Kardashian among its fans, incorporates a balanced, low-carb approach of three big meals and two snacks per day, all documented through the delivery system. 

“When Britney is on Sunfare, she consumes approximately 1,100 to 1,200 calories per day,” a source reveals to OK!.

Britney doesn’t eat fruit or have fruit juice because of its sugar content. Instead, her meals consist of chicken, salmon, avocados and rice. Breakfast at the Pop Princess’ table would be egg whites and has turkey burgers for lunch limiting her total caloric intake to 1,200 calories per day.
She says “it may not sound like it’s much but it’s actually a lot of food if you eat the right things.” She has foregone the frappuccinos she used to enjoy so much but she admits to still drinking coffee.

The other major factor behind Brit’s renewed physique is good old-fashioned hard work in the dance studio and on stage. “Her outlet is dance,” the longtime friend says. “She’s still dancing at least two hours a day and sometimes she’ll rehearse up to eight hours a day.”
Still, says another insider, “It didn’t come easy. It was a long, hard road. Britney dedicated herself in such a focused way. We are all so proud of her, not just for her physical achievements but also for her mental and emotional ones.”

Watching Kelly Osbourne on E! Fashion Police is so inspiring. She looks fabulous than ever with her stunning figure. Being in the cover of Shape magazine recently, she reveal that she is an emotional eater and that “When I get upset, my diet goes out the window.” And not only did she eat more, but her diet was comprised of “terrible, fatty food” like pizza and french fries.
“I was called fat and ugly in the press almost my entire life,” says the 26-year-old. “I understand that being judged by others comes with the territory, but it broke my heart and ruined my self-esteem. It sets you up to hate yourself in a huge way. I was so angry about the things people said about me. I truly believe it’s the main reason I turned to Vicodin and ended up in rehab three times. I just hated myself.”
So, how did she change her eating habit for good?

She says, that she realized how bad her diet really was when she signed up for Dancing With the Stars. It was her dance partner, Louis van Amstel, who taught her about nutrition. He suggested that a high-protein, low-carb diet would give her more energy and help her lose weight so she tried it out. During the course of the competition Kelly lost 20 pounds!

Immediately afterward she began to slowly put the pounds back on before she decided to draw a line in the sand. She began working with personal trainer Sarah Hagaman, who recommended by her mother Sharon, and as a result has lost a total of 50 pounds to date!
And all that crazy hard work has paid off—big time. “Ultimately, I’m really glad I lost the weight the way I did,” says Kelly. “I never thought in a million years I’d be that healthy girl who wakes up every morning to exercise. After being called ‘cherubic and chubby,’ I’m rocking a bikini! I feel silly, but I think I’m going to cry. Being on the cover of SHAPE is the biggest victory I could ever hope for.
