Losing Weight After Pregnancy: How Beyonce Dropped 27 Kg in 4 Months

Beyonce was once made lemonade diet famous after publicly admit that she lost 20 lb in 10 days on lemonade diet for her role in Dreamgirls. After the birth of baby Blue Ivy in January, she recently revealed that she has dropped 60 pounds (27 kg)


What she did to shed all the baby weight?


The 'Single Lady' singer's personal trainer Marcos Borges has has reportedly moved into Beyonce home with Jay-Z and working her out---hard. They wake up at 5 a.m. for a two-hour workout, and they do it again at 5 p.m.

Beyonce do a mix of cardio, pilates, plyometrics moves like lunges and jumps on and off a bench, yoga and dance five days a week.

Spartan diet! She avoids processed fare, sticking to whole foods like vegetables and grilled meats, living on protein shakes, egg-white omelets, pineapple chunks and lots of ice-cold water."
