Vitamin C can help your body absorb iron from your diet. When you overdose with vitamin C, it can cause you to absorb too much iron, which lead to hemochromatosis. Using injection method especially when you do it on your own is an invasive nature. A fault vitamin C injection technique may hit a muscle or fat tissue instead of blood vessels. This error may leave user at risk of tissue death or in medical term known as necrosis. Blue, purple, or gray cast to the skin is a sign of necrosis.
